Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Studio Woanya. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Studio Woanya provides graphic design services, including but not limited to branding, print design, digital design, and consultation. A detailed scope of work will be provided for each project.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change prior to agreement. Work will begin once the client has approved the quote and paid the deposit.

4. Deposit & Payments

A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before final files are delivered. Accepted payment methods will be detailed on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide clear direction, feedback, and materials in a timely manner
Ensure supplied content (e.g., text, images, logos) is legally owned or licensed

Delays in client feedback may affect deadlines.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage

Studio Woanya retains all copyright and intellectual property ownership until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client receives rights to use the final approved design as outlined in the proposal.

Working files (e.g., PSD, AI, INDD) are not included unless agreed in advance. Studio Woanya reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled by the client, all completed work up to the cancellation date must be paid for.

9. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines will be agreed before work begins. Timelines may change based on client delays or scope changes.

10. Privacy

Client personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be shared without consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Studio Woanya is not liable for:

Business or financial loss arising from the use of designs
Printing or production errors, unless Studio Woanya managed the production

You are responsible for proofreading and approving all materials before final delivery.

12. Amendments

Studio Woanya reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
